Tim Hortons Field will feature four (4) large entrance/exit gates that will allow for easy flow of pedestrian traffic into and out of the stadium.

The Tiger-Cats are working with the City of Hamilton and the Ministry of Transportation to ensure locating and accessing the facility is as easy as possible. This will include a comprehensive directional signage plan for Tim Hortons Field on regional highways and city streets.
The Tiger-Cats and the City of Hamilton will deliver a parking solution for all season seat holders within approximately a 15-minute walk of Tim Hortons Field.
Concourses, Concessions and Washrooms
Tim Hortons Field will feature four (4) permanent concourse areas in the general seating bowl, two (2) on the east side and two (2) on the west side.
Each side of the stadium (east and west) will feature a spacious concourse with views into the stadium bowl.
All concourses will maximize width to ensure quick and easy passage within the concourses to concession stands, washrooms, merchandise stands and ultimately seats.
The number of washrooms and concession outlets on a per person basis will be dramatically improved. Concession and washroom availability will be equivalent or better than Canada’s top sports facilities.
Concession stands will offer fans world-class food and beverage services including customized menu options throughout Tim Hortons Field while providing views to the field of play to ensure fans don’t miss any of the action.
A variety of payment options will be made available to facilitate quick service at concession outlets.
Tim Hortons Field will feature the largest average individual stadium seats of any outdoor facility in Canada. Every seat in the new stadium will be an individual seat.
Seat sizes will range from a minimum of 21 inches to a maximum of 24 inches depending on seating sections.
Leg room between rows will be the widest in Canada for comparable facilities to ensure comfortable, easy passage through and across seating rows.
The capacity for the Tiger-Cats games will be approximately 24,000 with 80% of the fixed stadium seats located between the goal lines.
Tim Hortons Field’s capacity will be expandable to a minimum of 35,000 seats for major events like Grey Cup Championships or suitable concerts.
The field orientation will be on a north-south axis (relative to the east-west orientation at Ivor Wynne Stadium) which optimizes playing conditions for athletes.
The revised orientation will deliver scenic views of the escarpment area and downtown Hamilton for both the live and television audience.
Tim Hortons Field will have the best sightlines for football of any facility in Canada. A capacity reduction and tremendous sight lines will fuel energy and emotion to create a powerful yet intimate live atmosphere.
Pioneer Endzone Terrace
Located in the South Endzone, this 10,000 square foot terrace is accessible to anyone in the stadium. Whether you are sitting on the east side or the west side, the Pioneer Endzone Terrace will be the central meeting place for all TigerTown fans alike. With multiple vendors and one of the largest circular bars in Canada, the Pioneer Endzone Terrace will provide a truly unique fan experience.
Food and Beverages

In-seat service will be available in premium hospitality areas throughout Tim Hortons Field.

Tim Hortons Field design exceeds the accessibility specifications outlined in the Ontario Disabilities Act (ODA) and the Hamilton Disabilities Act (HDA) for both seating and washrooms.
Tim Hortons Field will feature multiple accessible seating options in a variety of sections throughout the building, and at a variety of price points.
Tim Hortons Field will feature a high-definition, state-of-the-art new videoboard that is approximately 20% larger than the videoboard at Ivor Wynne Stadium to enhance the fans’ in-bowl experience.
High Definition Screens
There will be several hundred high definition television monitors installed throughout Tim Hortons Field to augment the viewing experience when outside the seating bowl, this includes the concourses, washrooms and customized hospitality areas.
Tim Hortons Field will feature a new sound system that will deliver crisp, clear audio to all sections and areas throughout the building.
Wireless Technology Integration
Tim Hortons Field will deliver the infrastructure to simultaneously provide a capacity crowd access to a high speed wireless network for use across devices (smart phones, tablets, laptops).
This service will provide fans inside Tim Hortons Field with access to exclusive content, promotional offers and high speed access to social networks.
